With more than 20 years of experience in property finance and risk leadership, Hiran brings deep lender side insight to every transaction. As Co Founder and Director of Credco, he leads credit oversight, transaction structuring and lender relationship management.
His time as a Chief Risk Officer in the peer to peer lending sector has given him a clear understanding of how lenders think. At Credco, that experience shapes how deals are structured, proposals refined and relationships built, ensuring clarity, confidence and a smooth path to completion.

Hiran enjoys balance in life as much as in business. He spends most of his free time with family, keeping active and takes an interest in property and market trends too, something that comes as naturally in his own time as it does in his work.
